This notice explains what the contact desk processes and how you can stay in control.
The production contact service is enabled. Messages are sent to the private site backend.
What you choose to provide
The contact desk processes a name or alias (optional), one contact method and detail, your message, your chosen page language, and your explicit consent with the Privacy Notice version and consent time. Please do not submit identity documents, passwords, payment-card details, precise location data, or another person’s personal information.
Technical records
The server creates a random receipt and stores its status, owner replies, creation, update, consent and retention timestamps, notification state, and an HMAC of the private lookup secret. For rate limiting, it stores a keyed HMAC derived from the source IP and an expiry time; the application database does not store the raw IP. It keeps only the client-versus-server clock difference in seconds, not a second copy of the client timestamp.
Why it is used
The information is used only to receive, evaluate and reply to your message, maintain the private reply record, prevent abuse and secure the contact service. It is not published, sold or used for advertising.
Storage and access
Only Wentao Yan (晏文韬), also known as SamDScaread, and the infrastructure needed to operate this site may process the information. The production design keeps messages on Tencent Cloud infrastructure in mainland China. If email notification is enabled after acceptance testing, it will contain only a fixed notice that a message exists, without the sender’s details, message text or receipt.
Retention
Messages are scheduled for hard deletion 180 days after receipt or the most recent owner reply, whichever is later. Expired anti-abuse records are also hard-deleted after their short security window. Expiry fields do not delete data by themselves: a separate, independently gated CloudBase cleanup function performs deletion, and production submission remains disabled unless that cleanup path has passed controlled acceptance testing.
Your choices
You may ask whether related information is held and request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Email SamDScaread@gmail.com and include the contact detail used in the original message so the request can be verified.
